The Technique Dance Class is designed to help dancers build a strong foundation in essential dance skills. This class focuses on improving core techniques, including posture, alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength, which are fundamental for all styles of dance.

While this class is open to all students, it is compulsory for members of the NL Elite Squad as part of their ongoing development and commitment to high-level performance.
